Ancient Hindu Temple – 3D Environment Game asset
I’m excited to share my latest 3D environment piece: an ancient Hindu temple, inspired by traditional Indian temple architecture.

This project was a deep dive into detail, atmosphere, and spiritual symbolism. I focused heavily on crafting each element with purpose, from the intricately carved stone pillars to the serene pool filled with lotus flowers. Every minute detail mattered.

I implemented a custom water shader to bring life to the central pool, ensuring it reflected light naturally while complementing the calm spiritual mood of the temple.
Lighting and shadows were carefully tested to capture a sacred, tranquil atmosphere. A soft directional light highlights the Ganesha idol at the end, enhancing focus and reverence.
I paid close attention to color contrast and hue balance, working to maintain harmony throughout the scene. The warm terracotta stone, cool water tones, and pops of vibrant lotus colors were all chosen to guide the viewer’s eye and keep the composition visually balanced.
This project pushed me to stay precise in form yet flexible in artistic expression—blending cultural respect with technical execution.
